We do our best to respond within 24hours, most of the time within 8 hours if we are within our business time, if for some reason we do not get back to you within 36 hours mail us your ticket ID to support@yosoftware.com

It is a good idea to provide URL and temp pass and login when submitting a ticket, it will speed up the process.
