Portfolio

Step 1. Create “Portfolio”

 

From your site WP dashboard, add a new page, assign one of portfolio templates to it. We have 4 templates, each presenting different looks, each has its settings in Theme Settings

  • Portfolio Full Slider
  • Portfolio Grid
  • Portfolio Rows
  • Portfolio Masonry

You can create multiple portfolio pages.

 

Step 2. “Portfolio” settings overview

 

NOTE: Depending on portfolio template of your choice, some settings may vary between templates

 

Portfolio Full Slider

 

 

Options below can be found in: Theme Setting -> Portfolio Full Slider

 

  1. Slider arrows – decide if portfolio template should contain arrows
  2. Image captions – decide if portfolio should contain image captions
  3. Portfolio lightbox – open image in an lighbox on click

 

Options below can be found in: Portfolio Full Slider page (metaboxes)

 

1. Select navigation type – by navigation we refer to the combination of logo and hamburger menu. On your homepage, you can disable Hamburger menu, this navigation method is available on all pages but hamburger can be disabled exclusively on homepage.

We have 4 navigation combinations:

  • Small Logo – light version (intended for dark backgrounds)
  • Big logo – light version (intended for dark backgrounds)
  • Small Logo- dark version (intended for light backgrounds)
  • Big Logo – dark version (intended for ligh backgrounds)

2. Portfolio type – there are 2 types of portfolio “content”

  • Create portfolio from posts – uses custom posts which you can create by going to: Portfolio -> Add Portfolio Item and assign them to categories  Portfolio -> Portfolio Categories  
  • Create portfolio from images – lets you upload images within the page you are in at the moment

3. Portfolio categories – lets you decide if you want to populate your portfolio with content from specific categories (apply only to post based portfolio)

4. Portfolio filters – optionally choose custom-made navigation you would like to use for your portfolio page. NOTE: Learn more about  how to create navigation in this section

 

Portfolio Grid

 

 

Options below can be found in: Theme Setting -> Portfolio Grid

  1. Image captions – decide if portfolio should contain image captions
